1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 444phjl ("444phjl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 444phjl website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 444phjl Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 444phjl services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on the 444phjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Non-Transferability: Your 444phjl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play on your behalf is prohibited.
• Verification: 444phjl may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID.
• Account Currency: All 444phjl accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in PHP via approved local payment channels.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 444phjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 444phjl will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from 444phjl should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 444phjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 444phjl shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the 444phjl Platform.
• Do not access your 444phjl account from shared or public devices.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on mobile devices.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 444phjl Platform are subject to the following terms:

Deposits: 444phjl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 444phjl reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. • Third-party payment accounts not registered in your own name.

Currency: All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 444phjl does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

444phjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and other game categories may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate of 0% do not count toward wagering requirements.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444phjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or dishonest conduct.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 444phjl Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 444phjl staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 444phjl Platform, including but not limited to the 444phjl brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 444phjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from 444phjl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in connection with any third-party product or service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

Any unauthorised use of 444phjl's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 444phjl, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 444phjl's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any game result or payout calculation, provided that 444phjl takes reasonable steps to correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.

444phjl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 444phjl account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 444phjl makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10 Responsible Gaming

444phjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 444phjl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account where such balance is connected to prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 444phjl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 444phjl Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 444phjl's customer support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 444phjl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13 Amendments to These Terms

444phjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 444phjl will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 444phjl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
